Too Wonderful For Me

When Moses took his sandals off before God, did the desert sand burn his feet? Was there smoke from the bush and if so, did it fill his nostrils or cause his eyes to tear? Was the wind blowing that day? If it was important for us to know any of these things, we would have been told. What is important was Moses had an encounter with the living God—the creator and sustainer of everything that is, the One who identified Himself as “I AM WHO I AM.”

This book is an invitation to take off our sandals and open our hearts and minds to the wonder, majesty, and mystery of God Almighty. Some of these pieces are simple and straightforward, while others will prod you to think a little more. My hope for all of them is simply to open a few windows, let some fresh air in, and improve our view. May God bless you richly and deeply as you seek to know Him more fully and walk with Him more closely.
