I was a teaching minister for forty-five years, serving churches in Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. Retired, I now live in Searcy, Arkansas, where I continue to write, teach (a little), contribute to our church and community, and enjoy our grandchildren. My wife, Janice, and I are originally from north Alabama (Huntsville & Madison).  We are the proud parents of three adult children: Amy, Nathan, and Laura, and five grandchildren:  Sam, Reed, Lincoln, Emma and Bryant.
